32 years as a personal trainer and 17 years teaching tai chi. BWLA certified.
Over the years I have trained a vast spectrum of clients of all ages and with varying requirements and temperaments. Based on this experience I have developed the skill of motivating individuals in order to achieve their goals.
My role at the club is to ensure its gym members get maximum results.
