Gym and Classes
When you see our membership fees, you will certainly agree that PSC offers the best value in central London. Prospective members are invited to try the fitness section once before they join and fitness classes or treatments can be booked directly with our affiliates. With the development of a new training room, the club is set to extend the number and variety of its Fitness classes.

Gym
If you want to tone up gently, vigorously work out, raise your level of fitness throughout the year or condition muscles not used in your main sport, come and use the full range of latest weight and cardiovascular equipment in our fitness room. Individual assessment programmes and one-to-one training sessions are available to help tailor your workouts to your particular needs. We have just made a significant investment in Pro-Fitness weight machines and increased some of the areas of the facility to improve the stretching and swiss ball areas as well as the free weights room.
We have a trained instructor who will welcome you and provide an introduction to the equipment for all members, and, if you like, help design a training programme for you to fat burn or muscle build.
Yoga
WESTNINE YOGA
Concentrating on breathing, posture and meditation, Yoga is a very effective fitness system that has been practised in India for over 6,000 years. Yoga assists in healing and maintenance of good health, allowing the musculature to both develop and relax; enabling energy to flow more freely through the body and mind.
No matter what your age or ability you’ll find yoga a positive challenge and within weeks you’ll be developing muscles and flexibility you never thought possible. Our experienced and helpful teachers run sessions for beginners, intermediates and experienced practitioners alike
